Starlink reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.
Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 48 hours.
If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 48 hours of receipt of products after your purchase. Note that all returns and cancellations after receiving the order(s) / product(s) are subject to a charge of QR 30 fee.
The following conditions apply:

- All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition as received. If the box has been opened we can not return the item.
- If the goods are defective, please specify the defect. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself.
- Pre-orders are nonrefundable and must be paid in advance as the items are specifically pre-booked for the customer who placed the pre-order.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Cancelling an Order for Home Delivery and Pick Up from Store
You can cancel the order within 48 hours after the receipt of your orders.
Please notify us either by phone +974 44283888 or email firstname.lastname@example.org . Kindly mention your reason for cancellation, so that we can work on improving our service to do better next time.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
